Population Control: As the world reaches to the approximately of more than seven billion people, many people say that others should put some efforts for bringing down the world’s population and that can be done if the life on earth is sustainable and if poverty or mass starvation are to be kept away from it . With so many problems the world faces, increasing population is also one of them but that is limited to only few countries and this occurs or can occur due to many reasons. Since there are high rates of growing population in China and India according to the statistics these countries are the one that faces this problem. With the improvement in medical facilities, mortality rate is reducing which is one of the cause of overpopulation as many diseases can be cured now either with the eradication of some diseases or with the treatments that are being effective.

Population Control: Illiteracy is yet another cause as people with lack of education are not able to understand that how growing population is effecting our country and poor people generally think that more family members will help in eradicating there poverty. But that is not the case in fact it adds to the problem of overpopulation. They don’t have any knowledge regarding family planning and due to lack of family planning there are the high rates of growing population. Migration is one of them as people move from country to country for better standards and better facilities yet increasing the population of another country and many more reasons or causes that lead to overpopulation.

But, there are many ways by which we can control population. Different countries have different measures like India and China have a policy that the couple can’t have more than two children’s.

Population Control: Population can be controlled by providing better education and knowledge regarding the same which will help them in understanding that there is a need of controlling the population by having one or two children at most. By making people aware about the same can also help as well as about the family planning so that they do not avoid family planning measures. Government of different countries can come up with various policy related to tax exemptions for decreasing population rates.

When employment opportunities are increased then there will be a reduction in poverty and that will automatically help in controlling population. The law regarding the minimum age of marriage should also be firmly implemented as the fertility depends on the age of marriage.

Population Control:

Thus, there are many causes of overpopulation but with every problem comes a solution and it is required for us to look at the solutions rather than the problems and with this topic we can justify it and for that we just need to follow the measures and implement the laws and policies made for these reasons. By following such measures it is guaranteed that population will be controlled and will hopefully reduce the population rates in India as well as in China as they are on the top of the list.
