As we all know in this pandemic of corona virus we all are facing problems. Everyone has its own problem and the other person can’t even imagine what he is going through. More and more people are suffering from physical and mental tension such as stress, anxiety and there is an imbalance in physical activity and proper Exercise too. At this stage we really need to take care of our immunity, physical and mental health. And the best way to take care of it is yoga.

 

What is yoga, exactly? Is it just an exercise form? Or is it something else entirely?  Yoga is an art that helps in controlling an individual’s mind, body and soul. It helps to achieve a peace in body and in mind too. It helps to manage stress and anxiety and keeps your mind relaxed and can have peace in life.

Now the question comes why we should practice yoga during corona virus? Today it is very necessary for all of us totake care of our health. When  the  body  is  physically healthy,  the  mind  is  clear,  focused and  stress is under control. This  gives  the  space  to  connect  with  loved  ones  and  maintain  socially  healthy relationships. Yoga improves respiration, energy and vitality of a person. Practicing yoga might seem like just stretching, but it can do much more for your body from the way you feel, look and move. It keeps a balance between our physical and mental health and also boost up your immunity.Yoga is suitable for people of all ages and requires no ‘stunt’ skills. Yoga help us fight infections by boosting our immune system, reducing stress and strengthening our body's functions and systems. Practice yoga regularly as it is easy to do and also helps in getting rid of certain serious health issues that are commonly found nowadays in our daily lifestyle, with firm determination and success will be certain.

Now let us talk about what kind of yoga we should practice now a days? Pranayama is must. It a breathing exercise that we should practice daily and also do meditate for atleast 15 min so that our mind and body can be stress free and become more active.

Yoga: boost up your immunity and give peace of mind. A healthy body can be easily achieved by adopting a healthy lifestyle, including a regular yoga and meditation practice, getting plenty of sleep, minimizing stressors and having a balanced diet.

In this pandemic we all are going through a lot that’s why it is must for all of us to have mental peace, positive thinking and take a good care of our health for which yoga is the best option.We all should include in our daily life and also motivate others to do it. It helps to lower stress hormones that compromise the immune system.It also develops our Physical health, mental health, social health, spiritual health and helps in our self-realization.
