What is yoga and what’s its importance in our life? In simple words it’s just a kind of exercise in which we move our body into various positions so that our body van become fit and flexible. It includes many asanas and breathing exercises that help our body to increase its immunity and be healthy. The main purpose of yoga is to have spiritual development practices that train our body and mind to be self-observed and become aware of their own nature.

Not only this there are many benefits of yoga that helps us to find ourselves that who we are and give us peace of mind and boost up our energy. It helps an individual to remove all the negative thoughts from the mind and give peace. It reduces the stress and tension from the body that an individual is facing. It promotes self-healing and increases self-awareness.

A Man is a physical, mental and spiritual being and yoga helps him to promote a balanced development of all the three things. Other forms of exercises, such as aerobics or zumba, just assures us only the physical well-being of our body but yoga gives both the physical as well as the mental well-being to an individual.
