There is no
fixed definition of physical fitness in sports. Different people (doctor, athletes,
playeretc) have their own point of view regarding physical fitness. Physical
fitness has a wider scope and a wider meaning.
According
to Webster’s encyclopedia – It is the ability of a person to do daily routine
work without fatigue; moreover to participate in playful activities and still
reserves enough capacity to meet any emergency.
So we can
say that physical fitness is the ability to do daily work and tasks without any
fatigue, stress and tension.
We have
heard about the components of physical fitness – strength, endurance, sped,
flexibility and coordination abilities. If these components are functioning
effectively and efficiently. Then, a common man is said to be physically fit. A
physical fit person gets recover fast from sprain, pain or any fatigue.
Physical
fitness is a very necessary thing to lead our well – maintained and happy life.
But in today’s time, for g – if we talk about the corporate lifestyle, most of
the common people suffer from any tension, stress and anger which leads to a
depressed and unhappy lifestyle.
Physical
fitness differs from person to person according to their body structure, shape,
work, gender etc. Physical fitness is very important in our daily activities of
walking, running, lifting and carrying. It also corrects our body structure and
posture. That’s why it is necessary to be physically fit.
How To Increase Immunity: Physical fitness in Sports
If we
consider the following point’s to plead a healthy lifestyle so we can have
better physique body and muscles –
1. Do
regular exercise – in today’s lifestyle we have seen that youths are choosing
gym and old people are choosing yoga. No matter what but it’s a great thing.
Because by doing regular exercise, we can maintain our blood circulation and
decreases the chances of heart diseases.
2. Maintain a healthy diet- Diet is very
essential thing for our lifestyle. We have to quit alcoholic and smoking
products. So we can prevent any health threats. Diet should have all the
minerals, vitamins and nutrients so, our diet should be high in fiber.
3. Proper and sufficient sleep – It is also an
important part of our healthy lifestyle. If we have an inadequate sleep then we
may suffer from anger and losing control over pity things. Doctor’s recommends
that a youngster should get a sleep of 6 to 8 hours. If we have adequate sleep
then our mind will work very well and we feel fresh everyday.
